Chris and his crew did an awesome job replacing my roof. I noticed some decaying shingles the last time I was up there and after some research on google, I found Hect Home Improvements and gave them a call. Chris came out the very next day and took a look at my roof, sent me pictures of the different spots that were aging on my roof , and shared my options and advice that he had moving forward. He sent me a quote and I felt that it was an extremely fair price. Chris answered all the questions I had very promptly and was extremely great at communicating and taking pictures and keeping me in the loop during the entire process. I signed the proposal on a Friday, and by the end of the day on the VERY NEXT Friday I had a brand new roof. Chris’s team did an awesome job taking measures to protect various items I had surrounding my house from falling debris and then did a very thorough and extensive clean up after the fact. I was sent many pictures of the progress as they tore off and installed the new roof which was awesome to see and be kept in the loop. Everyone was very professional. Chris and his crew were awesome and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to have roof work done to give them a call. They definitely made the process of having to get a new roof as seamless and painless as possible for me. You can tell they know what they are doing and that it is a well run business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for the new roof!

I would highly recommend Hect Home Improvement. They did such a good job on our roof that we had them install new gutters on our home. Communication was great with Chris the owner. The guys working were very conscious of doing a good job and cleaned up that I never knew they were there.

The cleanup around my property looked like they were never there. We are really big on our landscaping and have flowerbeds surrounding our whole house. They did an incredible job protecting the area. We were extremely worried about doing this project. And the more we interacted Individuals involved with our project the more comfortable we got. This is the fourth company we’ve used for a roof. And we’d never use any other one

We had another roofing company come out and give us a quote. We felt like we were just a job number. Then I saw Hect home improvement after doing all the research i could there was nothing but great stuff to be said about them and with 5 stars I know why . Chris came out and was amazing he took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. He gave us a quote and offered to help in anyway. Chris came to my house to meet with me and the insurance adjuster just in case we had any questions. Chris was available to us any day and any time he always answered our calls and texts messages right away. He kept us updated every step of the way from getting the permit,ordering materials, time of delivery of the shingles,dumpster and the install. The crew showed up at 7am and was done by 4pm. They did an amazing job and a great cleanup. I would recommend them to everyone. We couldn't be happier on our decision on picking Hect home improvement and roofing. Thanks so much.

I called in the morning regarding a minor roof repair. Chris came in an hour! He explained everything that needed to be done, and not only completed the repair, but also addressed some other minor issues I was unaware of. I had anticipated this costing several hundreds of dollars, so I was super impressed by Chris’s reasonable price. I will definitely use Chris again should I need help with my roof! Chris and his team did a great job replacing the roof on my house. They came out and finished the job in 1 day. I had 1 minor issue and Matt came out the next day and made the proper adjustments. Can’t say enough good things about Chris. He helped us with a situation related to water leaking and rotting wood around our garage after another company left us hanging. We had shingles fly off our roof during a heavy wind and Chris came that evening to fix the shingles on a Saturday. He is always upfront and honest with his suggestions and isn’t pushy if he doesn’t feel a more expensive repair is necessary. Very understanding of your situation and provides good communication.
