FIVE STARS!!! Zack is the best! I’ve never gotten such great customer service – he was patient, took his time, and answered all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and an extraordinary professional. I highly recommend visiting The Botany Bay. This was my first visit and they now have a customer for life!

Come in weekly and buy things to do stuff with from out of town, the drive is always worth it due to the quality of product and INSANE customer service. I seem to always get helped by this dude named Eric and it's honestly a breath a fresh air compared to the abysmal levels of customers services you get from other places.

The store was bright, organized and exceptionally clean. I went in unsure as to what to buy and, fortunately for me, was met by Cori, a lovely young woman of infinite patience and wisdom! Botany Bay is 10 times better than Purple Haze! Way more of a selection on so many things. Only negative I can say is watch those expiration dates. I bought something and got it home only to find it was expired. I used it anyways! Ginny goes out of her way to help her customers. My son helped build the shop and can't wait till he's old enough to shop there! I love the Botany Bay and always will. You can shop online as well! I walked in one day to buy something and came out with a 400.00 bong. It's the most beautiful piece I've ever seen. You just never know what you'll find there.
