Daniel was extraordinarily patient with me. I love technology, but I get intimidated by technology ( I guess I’m technologically challenged) I took my MacBook Air in (which I bought 8 months ago but didn’t use cause I was scared I wouldn’t know how - I know a little more about Microsoft…) I was fortunate to meet Daniel who didn’t make me feel stupid. He so patiently gave me a crash course on the basics of using my MacBook Air. I told him I’ll be coming back for more help in future - he’s officially my go to. Phone Doctors are way better because you get instant help, no waiting and no appointment needed like other places

Took my wife’s phone to the phone dr after it fell into to a hot tub for several minutes. The tech was able to recover all 128 GB’s of her photos and videos, downloaded them to two flash drives, highly recommend the business for customer service and technical know how!!!

We went here to get the back glass of an iPhone repaired. The individual who does those was not available, however the team had an alternative solution for a little more. It is like a brand new phone! They were done within the time frame they told us. We absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for repairs.

Josh did an amazing job helping me find exactly what I was looking for and even providing me options. Very knowledgeable and amazing to work with! Will 10 out of 10 recommend! He also placed a screen protector and had no bubble! I fully recommend this amazing service!!

My cousin gave me his PS5 after a tornado took his house out, he told me. I could have it if it still worked after letting it dry out for a couple of days I turned it on only to find out the HDMI port was pretty messed up from hanging from the HDMI cord, the 2 guys there troubleshot it right in front of me and told me the price, they fixed it in a little less than 3 hours I'll take all of my electronics to this store!!!

Daniel was so helpful with issue charging an iPad. He immediately diagnosed the issue which was a ‘quick fix’ in less than 5 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Highly reccomend.

I have gone to Phone Doctors (Western & Memorial) for a multitude of electronic issues over the years, and every single time I've had an issue Josh and Tucker were able to solve it, most recently they were able to build me a new laptop that is by far the best laptop I've ever had. Their professionalism, honesty and competitive price is the reason why if I have any electronic issues whatsoever they're the ONLY place I'll take it to. *Highly recommended*

My family has used Phone Doctors on Memorial more than a few times. They have repaired screens, replaced bad batteries, you name it. This past week I brought them my mother's phone. It was stuck in a "boot loop" and Apple told us it was unrepairable. We brought it in to Phone Doctor and they had it repaired the same day and it is working great!!!! They saved my parents so much money. They guys at the shop are amazing and so kind. We cannot recommend them enough.

When it comes to customer service,...Phone Doctor is top notch,...I've called other places like Batteries plus and when I need pricing I'm told to just get a new phone,...like duhhhh,...I just need to know how much it cost.. When calling Phone Doctor they've went straight to the point and kept me updated on the process of my phone being repaired and even gave me extra discounts. Pricing is better than. Tmobile who wanted to charge me $100 with coverage I already pay for monthly,...and Phone Doctor beat them by $40, THATS CRAZY!!!!

This is Mary’s husband. This store is amazing. They have amazing service, are very attentive and caring. They listened to my problems and did exactly what I asked them to do. Where do I start, I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to leave one for this business. I have a MacBook Pro bought in 2018 and it died one day. Tried to charge it and it wouldn’t charge, so I surfed the web for recommendations. I called the phone doctors, they were very knowledable and helped me trouble shoot over the phone and determined what the problem was. They had to order the part and it came in the next day. I drove 70 miles and it took about n hour to fix it, there were several nice places to eat in that area so I went to have lunch. I couldn’t be more please with whole experience.
