I was referred to Ed by my mom and several of her neighbors who used his company to paint their homes’ exteriors in the last couple years. He came out and consulted with me about my exterior painting and inspected my entire home for wood rot and other potential repairs. He was honest, professional, trustworthy and gave me a more than fair quote to paint my home with high quality paint. I got two other quotes, one of which was almost two times what Ed quoted. Ultimately, I was confident in Ed’s approach, materials, quote and knew he did quality work for my mom and her neighbors. His team did a fantastic job and my house looks amazing! Highly recommend!

Our first contact with Brogan''s was Brant and he was great. He explained their entire painting process to us and it is very thorough. The painting crew were obviously proud of their work and made sure that every small detail was done in a professional manner. I am happy to recommend them.

Working with Brant & associates of Brogan Painting was a positive experience from beginning to end. His estimate was detailed & evidence of his inspection prior to creating his estimate. He was always great to communicate with & readily available, either through telephone call or text messages. The crew was very professional & customer focused. They were very efficient in getting the work done, all the way through clean-up. My wife & I live in one of the units of a 4-plex, so Brant had to deal with other owners as well. I found him especially sensitive when working with a senior citizen owner of a smaller unit with few resources. He helped her determine what absolutely needed to be done & deferred the rest according to her wishes. I just thought he handled that situation very sensitively. We would most certainly have Brant do more work for us as it might be available & have already recommended him to our son as a future contractor should he have to upgrade our unit before selling. Like I said at the start, a very positive experience with Brant & his crew, beginning to end.

Wow! I am so happy with Ed and crew and the results on my home. Very thorough, honest and timely. Ed’s estimation of when he could get us on the schedule and how long it would take was all correct. He is a great communicator. Team was professional, considerate, efficient and detailed. Whoever you hire be sure to go over every single window, piece of trim, fixture etc. to be sure there is clear understanding of what’s included in the bid.

Brant is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He assisted us in transitioning our daughter from her childhood to adult bedroom. She had a unique and potentially challenging request. He took the time to understand her request and completed the task to perfection. I would highly recommend his services.

Brogan’s came in and fixed a mess that a previous contractor had left. They did a beautiful job painting a built in, trim, and the walls on short notice. The crew was kind, respectful, and fully cleaned up. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

Our experience with Brogan's Home Painting was top notch. Beginning with the estimate process, Brant was very responsive and prompt in coming to bid the project. He's a great communicator (both phone calls, texts, and emails). The bid was a fair price, and very detailed and clear. Brant's crew (including Edgar) were wonderful to work with. They were kind, respectful, and I felt comfortable with them working in our home for 3 days. They showed up on time, worked a full day, and cleaned up when they left. We were very pleased with the overall result (they painted our walls, ceiling, trim, and plantation shutters) and the job was completed quicker than I expected. The minimal touchups (that are to be expected with any paint job) were completed right away and without any difficulty. I am glad we chose Brogan's Home Painting for our project, and would gladly recommend them to our friends or family for future painting needs.

Brogan Painting does excellent work. They showed attention to detail when painting each room and took time to fill divots and any other imperfections in the walls to achieve better results. The project manager did a great job communicating when and how the painting project would proceed, so as a customer, I was always well informed of the project timeline.

Brogan's Home Painting was fantastic to work with. We got several quotes for an interior painting project and Brogan's had the best price by quite a bit. Our project required wallpaper removal and wall repair in addition to the painting and they did a great job on everything. I will 100% work with them on any painting projects in the future.

I recently had some interior and exterior painting work done at my home by Brogan's Home painting. Brant was very professional, and his workmanship very good. He cleaned everything up and we were very satisfied with the work. The price for the work was very reasonable and will use him again.

Brant painted our main hallway going up the steps and not only did he do an amazing job, but he was also very reasonable with his prices. Brogan's Home Painting was very professional and punctual from beginning to end for my home's siding work and repainting. Ed patiently listened to my needs and questions, and recommended sensible options. He also assigned his best people to carry out the work - Juan's workmanship and attention to details were very impressive. There was a fascia board that had wood rot, but Juan took the extra effort and time to climb up the steep roof and personally inspect it before confirming it needs to be replaced. They also fixed a few other spots that were not called out in the quote. I am very happy with Brogan's work ethics and integrity. I hope to have their services again in future.

I used Brogan's Home Painting for the painting and wood rot repair of the exterior of my home. After meeting with 8 other painting companies, I decided to go with Ed Brogan. I chose Ed because he was not the highest bid nor the lowest bid, but seemed to be about medium high in price. Also because before I made my decision, I sent out several emails and Ed was the only one that answered my emails. That played a huge part in my decision. Now for his painting crew, I cannot say anything but excellent workers that kept me posted on what they were going to try to get done each day depending on weather. This crew worked unbelievably hard and it was during our hot spell. They were very pleasant and took pride in their work. I have always believed that it is not the boss that makes the company but the people that he employs that can make or break the company. This is why I give 5 Stars to Brogan Home Painting. What a great experience! Ed Brogan worked with us to get all decisions made and helped when we were making final decisions on paint. They even painted a sample of each color so we could decide. Once we decided, the job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. We could not have been happier with the work that was done. I've already suggested that several friends contact them.

Our house needed some siding and window trim repair, as well as a fresh paint job. After reaching out to multiple companies in the area, we settled on Brogan's Home Painting. From the beginning, Brant was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided a professional, detailed, and competitive quote for the job, and was quick to respond to any questions I had about the project. He took time to explain every point of the process and kept me updated on each step, often texting or calling just to make sure I knew how the schedule was going, even when he was out of town. The crew that handled the repair and painting worked their tails off on some of the hottest days of the summer. From the prep work (including power washing and scraping), to the carpentry, taping, and actual painting, they were efficient and paid amazing attention to detail. They completed the job while working around our schedule, and even did a great job with the cleanup afterwards. Once they were done, Brant did a walk-around with me to make sure that everything met his standards and my expectations. There were a couple of very minor spots he saw that he wanted to touch up (I would have never noticed them), so after giving the paint a chance to cure, he personally came back out with equipment to get them taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Brant and his crew. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for your exterior house painting needs (and have already done so for some family who need work done on their houses).

We love how our exterior paint turned out! We had several quotes and went with Brogan. We thought they were fair and saw some of their previous work on a few of our neighbors’ homes over the years, and their homes all still look great. The crew got our job done quickly and were neat and careful with cleanup. We had a bit of wood rot they replaced and it turned out well! I’d definitely recommend this company!
