I stopped by today to get the charging/lightning port repaired on my iPhone 12 Pro today. I was in and out within 10 minutes, with a repaired phone. Cecil, was the tech that fixed my phone and waited on me. He service was top notch! The phone is working and the complimentary and timely repair was greatly appreciated! Thank you Grayson, Quick help on my Samsung phone. The memory was almost full, and Grayson deleted several unused programs , and showed me how to delete items from a large photo file. This will free up needed space. This is the second time that Phone Doctors has helped me on a walk in basis. No charge either time. I will be using them for paid repairs when the time comes. From the moment we walked in from the time we left I had a fantastic customer service experience from start to finish. Dillon and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs in such a crappy situation (let’s face it no one wants to deal with a broken phone! But when it happens go here!! Don’t think twice!) The amount of communication that it took through this process was outstanding, they went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Thank you guys for fixing and transferring all my data to my new phone and working with me through the identity theft protection that was put on the phone! What a mess but you guys handled it like troopers five stars all around!!

I had a virus app on my phone that was taking over the phone function. I took my phone here and within 15min it was removed and my phone back to normal. They r amazing!

My son broke off his headphone jack in the port of his table. It was stuck and we tried to remove it with no luck. I feared we made it worse trying to pry it out. We came to Phone Doctors and was able to walk in and walk out in just a few minutes! They have the best service and knowledge about repairs. They explained how they would remove it and even provided cautionary advice if they accidentally damaged something. I didn’t care as long as it would be repaired, I was willing to pay so my son could stream videos with sound. Literally it took him a few moments to fix it. I swear a drive thru would take longer. If you’re looking for a repair place that is knowledgeable and friendly, you have to go here!

I have used and worked for other repair shops in town. Phone Doctors is hands down the best. Braden was very knowledgeable. If you have a device that needs some work done these guys can definitely get it done for you!

Customer service was amazing! Our tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't push unnecessary products. The job they did is great; my screen is beautiful again! I would recommend them, and it was totally cheaper than going to the phone maker's store while still being a quick (under an hour) and quality fix.

My experience was awesome. They were very honest and so helpful. The wireless carrier said I had to have my power button replaced but the store manager Aaron tested the actual battery and said that was all that was needed. He even gave me s discount on the new battery! Based upon my experience I highly recommend them! And they are super nice!

Highly recommended. Organized, professional staff and atmosphere. I was treated very respectfully, even though I asked for help and then pulled out an iPhone 5 months after the release of the X (I keep this phone for a few reasons and need it to last me a couple more years). They repaired my screen and cleaned up the water damage, and the price was competitive. The staff were upbeat, pleasant and attentive.

Excellent service! Brayden was very fast in helping me with my screen protector, and Israel was extremely helpful with a problem in my settings! Overall, very friendly and helpful staff!

I don't typically write reviews, but these guys really went above and beyond for us today and I'd really like to commend them for their work! I knew I was asking a tough task from them but everyone I encountered in the company was so willing to help. They worked with me on everything and even got me the parts I needed that day. This place gave us the best customer service. They were nice on the phone. When we got there, they went out of their way to shake our hand, offered us water, and gave us great prices. Fixed our phones quickly and they looked great. My husband turned to me and said, "Wow, they truly know how to treat customers, I forgot how it feels to be served with a smile." Couldn't be more impressed!

I went to Phone Doctors on 71st a couple of years ago. They treated me wonderful. I was very happy with the service, and the technician was so friendly. I needed to go back for more repairs this week. I was hoping that I would get the same great service again. I was not disappointed. The young gentleman, Steven was so helpful and friendly. Great and fast service at Phone Doctors in Tulsa on 71st and Memorial. Very reasonable and saved me from having to buy a new phone. Ben and Juaquin were courteous and informative about their services and prices. I merely dropped my phone off and ran a few errands. It was ready when I returned just a couple of hours later. I highly recommend them!

Hello Everyone! First of all, I would like to say that this review is long overdue but in the meantime I was able to inspect the craftsmanship of the work that was done on my tablet. My tablet had slipped out of its protective covering and fell onto a concrete floor absorbing most of the impact on one of the corners. Needless to say the screen was shattered and the place of impact was quite warped as well. I took my tablet to the Phone Doctors and they were very courteous and fast despite the fact that one of their locations was just hit by a tornado one day prior (which meant that they also had to deal with increased traffic to their store). I was met with a pleasant atmosphere (complete with inspirational music softly playing in the background). It was also very hot outside and they offered all of the patrons a bottle of water without anyone saying anything about the temperature. The layout of the store was very welcoming as well. They fixed the screen and fixed the warp on my tablet and I thought that it looked very nice. They then suggested the tempered glass and explained the benefits to me and so they were able to put it on right away. (I must say that the glass is worth it and it feels very nice to the fingertips also!) After taking the tablet home I noticed that the home button was slipping and so I took it back and they fixed it while I was at work with no problems. I must say that I am very pleased with the customer service, craftsmanship, and services offered by Phone Doctors. I will have to stop by and get some business cards to hand out because there were a lot of people who saw the condition of my tablet and even they are impressed! Keep up the good work Phone Doctors....we love your work and we feel the love from you as well. Thanks again!!!

My son shattered his iPhone screen, took it here for repair, and was absolutely pleased with the service! Aaron helped and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and had my repair done in 30 minutes!! I was shocked and they beat others in price! The whole staff was friendly, and had fun atmosphere! When they are needed, we will be repeating customers & recommend them to anyone!
